Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at lxbfYeaa. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide critical support to our Food and Beverage department, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Food and Beverage department, including secretarial duties, handling confidential and sensitive information, and representing the department through correspondence and communication.
  2. Calendar Management: Manage and coordinate calendars, travel arrangements, and records of communication to meet the requirements of the department.
  3. Business Documentation: Provide business documentation support, including report writing, presentation creation, and spreadsheet preparation and distribution of such materials.
  4. Project Management: Independently manage multiple tasks and assigned projects, respecting deadlines and ensuring the integrity of all information and data.
  5. Communication: Communicate and provide information internally and externally to assist and enable administrative support and effective service to the concerned sections.
  6. Record Keeping: Establish a confidential filing system for all correspondence generated to and from the external and internal Department, categorize and maintain manuals, sensitive correspondence, and other source material.
Requirements
  1. Relevant Qualifications: Relevant vocational, tertiary, or trade qualification.
  2. Computer Skills: Certificate in Computer applications – MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) (preferred).
  3. Experience: Minimum 4 years relevant experience, preferred in hospitality or food & beverage industries.
  4. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work in a cross-culture environment, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong interpersonal and team working skills.
  5. Professionalism: Maintain confidentiality and self-discipline, motivated, responsible, and focused, self-motivated and highly organized, and high level of sensitivity and professionalism.
  6. Problem-Solving: Proven ability to work under pressure to defined timescales and proven problem-solving abilities.
