Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Identify and secure new sales opportunities, negotiate sales deals, and close sales to achieve targets.
  • Market Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the property market and industry trends, staying up-to-date on market conditions and competitor activity.
  • Social Media Marketing: Create and implement social media marketing strategies to promote our properties and engage with clients.
  • Event Participation: Participate in local and international property road shows and events to showcase our properties and build relationships with clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales and property, with a focus on relationship management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Market Knowledge: Knowledge of the property market and industry trends, with prior experience working with a Real Estate Developer.
  • Sales Experience: Experience in selling off-plan residential units, with a proven ability to close sales deals.
