Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Minerals Business Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy for the Minerals business in assigned regions within India (North, West & East) to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster close relationships with customers to understand their specific needs, position Siemens' solutions for value selling, and develop a preferred partner relationship.
  • Sales Funnel Management: Utilize global tools like SieSales to manage the sales funnel for Solution opportunities, leveraging market data, customer business insights, CAPEX & OPEX patterns, and other relevant information.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Meet or exceed sales targets for the Minerals business in assigned regions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
