Job Title: Sales Associate - Fashion

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Majid Al Futtaim. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Be the ultimate champion of customer service standards, understanding customer needs, and delivering an exceptional experience.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve set sales targets, use creative ways to exceed targets, and contribute to enhanced sales targets with thorough product knowledge.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our fashion products, taking opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell.
  • Store Standards: Ensure store standards are maintained at all times, supporting with in-store tasks, including cleanliness, tidiness, and replenishment.
  • Security and Loss Prevention: Comply with all store security policies and regulations, minimizing exposure to stock loss.
  • Customer Engagement: Use advanced selling skills to better support customer needs, generate high-value transactions, and build a consistent flow of repeat custom.
  • Product Recommendations: Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer need in other Majid Al Futtaim fashion brands and stores, if not available in-store.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Certificate
  • Experience: 1-2 years in the retail industry
  • Skills: Good communication skills, excellent customer service
