In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety regulations are met, coordinating transportation arrangements, and supporting the development and implementation of improved processes and systems.

About the Position

You will work closely with the logistics team to ensure that inventory and finished goods are tracked accurately and efficiently. Additionally, you will maintain master data, oversee supplier performance, and resolve any performance issues.

  • **Facility Management:** Ensures cleanliness and safety regulations are met in the shop floor panel integration facility.
  • **Transportation Arrangements:** Works closely with transport service providers and brokers to assure efficient and effective execution of processes, assists in obtaining necessary transport permits and codes, and prepares proper transportation paperwork and import and export documentation.
  • **Data Management:** Maintains master data and supports the development and implementation of improved processes and systems.
  • **Supplier Performance:** Oversees supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality) and resolves performance issues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in factory administration and a minimum of 7-8 years' experience in inventory control. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
