Supply Chain Generalist - Food and Beverage

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Generalist to join our esteemed organization in the hospitality industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient management of all supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and order fulfillment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Oversee the procurement process from sourcing to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating favorable terms and conditions.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, maintaining a high level of quality and integrity.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations, improving efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
  • Resolve any supply chain issues or disruptions in a timely manner, minimizing their impact on the business.
  • Support the implementation of supply chain strategies and best practices, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement roles, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in supply chain management, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in supply chain software and tools, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
