  • The Senior People Operations Officer will be responsible for overseeing and leading HR initiatives to ensure the smooth running of all aspects and functions of the department operations, including Recruitment, Training & Development, Payroll, Compensation & Benefit, Performance Management, Legislation adherence, Department documentation review and amendments, HSE, and Admin support & Office management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage expertise to drive strategic objectives and enhance organizational performance.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain effective human resources policies and procedures.
  • Provide advisory support to key stakeholders and management on various HR-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Certification in PHR, CHRM, CHRP, SHRM, or similar is an asset.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR role or equivalent.
  • Industry experience in Information Technology.
  • Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid QID.
