Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team at lxbfYeaa.

As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers through various channels such as phone calls, emails, or help desk software. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively while delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Manage and track support tickets using our help desk software.
  • Perform remote assistance and troubleshooting to resolve customer issues.
  • Create and update documentation to ensure accurate information is available to customers and support staff.
  • Develop and deliver user training sessions to enhance customer skills and knowledge.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), or ITIL Foundation Certification. While certification is beneficial, it is not always required.
