Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team and drive business growth through effective sales and account management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the data ecosystem and its relevance to enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Drive new business acquisition by identifying opportunities and selling enterprise IT solutions to large enterprises.
  • Engage with CXO-level executives, build strong client relationships, and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Develop strategies for account mining, focusing on cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of projects and maximize business potential.

Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within enterprise IT solutions.
  • Proven track record of selling Software Application Services (Oracle, Microsoft, IBM) or Managed Services.
  • Strong network and existing relationships with key stakeholders in BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, Oil & Gas, Energy, and Healthcare sectors in Qatar.
