We are seeking an accomplished HR Officer to join our team in Doha, supporting our commitment to excellence in the industry.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment and selection processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs for new employees, ensuring a seamless start.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases accordingly.
  • Provide guidance on HR-related matters and support employee queries.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Organize training programs to enhance team performance and productivity.
  • Support performance management processes, including employee reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive HR reports and documentation.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and local labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • A professional who maintains confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
