Project Document Coordinator

Aretè & Cocchi Technology is seeking a highly skilled Project Document Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the organization and logistics analysis of specific projects, as well as analyzing all involved entities. Additionally, they will assist in defining project document management processes and setting up project progress calculations.
Key Accountabilities:
- Project Support: Support the organization and logistics analysis of specific projects.
- Process Development: Assist in defining project document management processes and setting up project progress calculations.
- Client Engagement: Control and monitor client approval process and document submission to the client.
- Document Coordination: Support in defining, organizing, and managing final project documents handover to the client.
- Knowledge Sharing: Transfer, preserve, and maintain document management knowledge.
- Methodology Upkeep: Ensure document management methodology and procedures maintenance and compliance, preparing relevant project procedures.
- Report Management: Support and assist in organizing and controlling reports.
- Help Desk Services: Provide help desk support on document management tools in use.
- Document Organization: Organize document register and master data list activities.
- Training Delivery: Ensure training and assistance on project document management topics, including distant sites.
- Risk Optimization: Support the project manager and risk owners in minimizing risk impacts and maximizing opportunities identified within the project.
- Progress Tracking: Control and monitor progress calculation, document list status, workflow, internal distribution, transmittals, etc.
- Template Uploads: Upload project templates and contractual documentation into the system.
- Workflow Oversight: Control or assist in workflows management and document distribution.
- Documentation Validation: Control documentation formal correctness.
