Linum Consult Ltd is seeking an experienced Document Controller & Secretary to join our team in Doha.

About the Role:

  • Manage document control processes, including creation, revision, approval, distribution, and archiving of documents
  • Coordinate transmittals from external parties, record references, and maintain copies of transmitted documents
  • Review and consolidate feedback from team members, ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Track progress and pending actions, report status to Line Manager
  • Provide administrative support to management and staff, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
  • Maintain accurate records, track travel arrangements, and organize flight tickets and visas

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in similar roles in large companies, with at least 3 years of progressive responsibility
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, ability to work with various stakeholders
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic a plus
  • Familiarity with Qatar and GCC culture and work environment
