The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth in the Cisco Small and Medium Business market segment by establishing and maintaining account plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account plans to promote sales growth in the SMB market.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior executives at partner organizations.
- Recruit and develop new business relationships with partners.
- Collaborate with the vendor SMB team and partner sales team to manage and close deals.
- Provide accurate forecasts and share feedback on account performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 24 years of experience in selling IT solutions, including wired, wireless, and security networking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple partners and meet high sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors, and the channel.
- Good command of MS Office and English language.
Reporting Structure
The Business Development Manager reports to the Business Unit Manager.
