About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Front Office Team Lead - Customer Experience to join our team at Tanqeeb. This role is critical in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest experience meets our high standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized attention to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the hotel product, including room types, rates, and amenities.
  • Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Take ownership of guest issues and concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up.
  • Participate in hotel events, daily briefings, and training sessions to stay updated on professional skills and hotel operations.

Requirements:

A strong focus on customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Prior experience in hotel front office operations is preferred, but not required.

Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Arabic is an asset.
