Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Greeting and Seating: Welcome guests upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Reservations and Table Management: Manage reservations, optimize seating capacity, and ensure efficient table turnover.
  • Service Standards: Maintain high standards of service, ensuring guests receive attentive and personalized service throughout their meal.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service, address guest concerns, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Appearance and Hygiene: Maintain a high level of personal appearance and hygiene, adhering to our company's standards and expectations.
Requirements
