At Schneider Electric, we are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Senior Sales Engineer in Qatar. This exciting opportunity allows you to promote and support the growth of our enclosures business in the region.

About the Role:
  • This position involves boosting our enclosures business to agreed values within a specific period.
  • You will increase the profitability of our enclosures business in Qatar by adhering to country guidelines.
  • A key responsibility is to develop and manage new and existing channels (ODs, PBs, SIs, OEMs) to enhance market share for our enclosures business.
  • We expect you to define a go-to-market strategy for our enclosures activity to optimize its sell-in/sell-out through suitable channels.
  • Your role requires creating and winning new opportunities in segments business (especially Energies & Chemicals, Data Centers, WWW, Marine, Transportation) and increasing market visibility.
  • You must ensure our enclosures offers are approved as preferred vendors with major end users.
About You:
  • Based in Qatar, you will work closely with our sales teams from various BUs/LoB marketing team/enclosures' supply chain team.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering is required, along with 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing of LV switchgear/control gear/automation business in Qatar.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential, while knowledge in enclosure systems is an advantage.
