Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at MH Al Muftah Est. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned market segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Establish and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business opportunities.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Responsible for achieving total sales targets by brand and by customer on a monthly basis.
  • Product and Service Communication: Communicate new products and service opportunities with existing and potential customers.
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Seek to approach new clients and convert inquiries from potential clients to sales that will reflect on sales growth and increase.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and establish positive professional relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Client Inquiry Response: Respond to clients' inquiries, identify and resolve their concerns.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Experience: Proven experience in outdoor sales.
  • Market Knowledge: Knowledge of the Qatari market and customer preferences is a plus.
  • Personal Qualities: Passion and driven, competitive spirit and professionalism.
  • Sales Skills: Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales Performance: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other relevant tools, and proficiency in sales software.
