Luxury Residential Sales Expert

At Knight Frank MENA, we're expanding our Residential Sales team in Qatar, and we're seeking experienced, dynamic Sales Consultants with a strong track record in the luxury residential sector. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a globally recognized brand, working across exclusive and non-exclusive project sales while driving business growth in one of the region's most exciting real estate markets.
As a Sales Consultant at Knight Frank MENA, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our Qatar operations by identifying new opportunities, fostering client relationships, and providing best-in-class service. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, leveraging your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to drive successful sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain regular client contact through scheduled meetings and update calls to build trust and rapport.
- Promote projects through private meetings, public events, and forums to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Conduct thorough client qualifying best practices to ensure accurate matches between clients and available properties.
- Meet and exceed sales target key performance indicators (KPIs) by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.
- Stay up-to-date on market conditions and adapt your sales strategies accordingly to stay ahead of the competition.
- Assist the Sales Manager in selecting new projects to sell, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Ensure that applicant visits to marketing suites and viewings are conducted efficiently and professionally, adhering to client protocols and Knight Frank standards.
- Participate in organizing local and international events and promotional initiatives to enhance brand presence and drive sales.
- Support the planning of project campaigns and initiatives, utilizing your knowledge of regional business culture and regulations to inform decision-making.
- IDentify potential key connectors and referral partners, developing relationships to drive awareness and sales for assigned projects.
- Represent assigned projects as the face of Knight Frank MENA, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and ethics in all interactions.
- Remain current on market knowledge of existing and new developments, applying this expertise to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Progress sales by collaborating with buyers and developers to secure timely signatures of sales and purchase agreements (SPAs), and maintain regular reporting to the Sales Manager.
- Develop relationships with members of other departments to cross-sell business services and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Adhere to Knight Frank Best Practice standards at all times, ensuring consistency in all aspects of your work.
- Manage sales tracking and records of all transactions accurately, complying with Real Estate Regulatory Agency Aqarat regulations.
- Utilize standardized Knight Frank documentation when reporting to clients, and provide written reports that meet professional standards as required.
- Acknowledge and comply with company policies, Aqarat, and Ministry of Justice regulations, including customer due diligence and anti-money laundering.
- Establish and maintain goodwill, confidentiality, and trust with prospective and existing clients at all times, enhancing the professional image of Knight Frank MENA.
- Bachelor's degree in real estate or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role with a track record of successful sales of off-plan developments in Qatar or internationally.
- Knowledge of regional real estate markets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal; fluency in Arabic or other languages is advantageous.
- Flexible attitude towards travel.
