Job Overview

The role of Senior Sales Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for generating hotels/resorts awareness through direct phone sales, tradeshows, and networking groups.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account plans to ensure maximum revenue and budgeted targets are achieved for the property.
  • Utilize various prospecting resources to solicit and secure business on behalf of hotels.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to solicit, sell, and confirm business required to meet revenue goals.
  • Identify and target leisure agencies that will generate business on behalf of hotels without conflicting with WSO efforts.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a proven sales track record in luxury hotel sales. Key qualifications include:

  • Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
  • Luxury hotel sales background and experience in related field.
  • Excellent command in English, Arabic is an advantage.
  • Possess strong leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Creativity in connecting with decision-makers and ability to adapt quickly to changing environments/demands.
