Job Description: Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at NeXTfairs L.L.C. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the account development and penetration strategy for assigned customers or regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to drive business growth and revenue
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with current customers and prospects to understand their business and marketing needs
  • Conduct face-to-face sales to current exhibitors, lapsed exhibitors, and new prospects to promote and sell exhibition space and sponsorship
  • Source new companies in these marketplaces from the trade press and competitive events to identify new opportunities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience as a Sales Manager in the Exhibition, Conference & Event industry
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong speaking and written communication skills in Arabic and English, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines, with a valid Qatar Drivers License
