Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and maintaining a safe and secure work environment. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, addressing technical issues, and maintaining a clean and tidy workspace.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintenance and Repair

You will perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairing equipment and addressing technical issues.

Administrative Support

You will provide administrative support to our team, including answering phones, responding to emails, data entry, and reporting.

Front Desk Services

You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and direct them to the appropriate parties.

Document Control

You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, including organizing company documents into updated filing systems.

Policy Administration

You will review and update office policies as needed to ensure they remain relevant and effective.

Communication and Liaison

You will communicate effectively with employees and clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and facilities operations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
