Office Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the overall team, facilitating day-to-day operations, and serving as a primary point of contact.
Key responsibilities include managing schedules, making travel arrangements, screening communications, greeting visitors, and dealing with administrative inquiries.
The role also involves organizing meetings, conferences, and special events, scheduling venues and attendees, taking minutes, and providing follow-up support.
In addition, the incumbent will establish and maintain files, gather data, update records, and ensure the security and confidentiality of office files.
The successful candidate will create and edit correspondence, prepare reports, screen and evaluate incoming correspondence, and respond accordingly.
They will also serve as front desk receptionist/admin assistant during meal breaks and rest periods.
Education and Certifications:
- Diploma in Administration Management or related field is required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative support preferred.
- Fluency in written and spoken English language required.
- Fluency in written and spoken Arabic language required.
