Responsibilities

  1. Deliver client-focused and cost-effective talent acquisition solutions as required to support the business
  2. Responsible for staffing major projects to meet the business needs
  3. Ensure the agreed and proper talent acquisition process is followed consistently, in accordance with quality standards, policies and processes
  4. Develop relationships with key stakeholders to ensure business needs are met in a timely manner
  5. Develop talent pools of suitably experienced and qualified candidates
  6. Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
  7. Collaborate effectively with other TA teams in the region and the Hub
  8. Contribute to cost control by adopting and recommending practices which minimise expenditure without compromising results
  9. Provide regular TA status reports to stakeholders
  10. Manage communication between new/potential recruits and relevant contacts within the organization
  11. Coordinate with location/regional functional leads to collaborate effectively and share knowledge and resources
  12. Liaise/supervise outside agencies to source potential recruits when required
  13. Participate in career fairs and other talent acquisition related events as required

Skills and Qualifications

  1. Extensive experience in recruitment
  2. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related fields
  3. Experience of staffing up major projects
  4. Experience preferably within the Engineering/Hydrocarbons/Oil & Gas/Construction industry
  5. Experience of resourcing industry search and selection techniques
  6. Prior experience of running social media campaigns
  7. Experience of recruiting within the relevant location and regional markets

  1. A high level of diplomacy and tact
  2. Able to work independently and use initiative
  3. Excellent negotiation skills
  4. The ability to collaborate across multiple teams, stakeholders and locations
  5. An understanding of the Engineering Services resourcing market
  6. The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  7. Able to think and act strategically
