We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Sales Executive to join our team at EY. As a key member of our digital sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth across market-leading websites and online directories in the security and safety industries.

Your primary goal will be to develop a portfolio of accounts, securing new business and collaborating with sales teams to drive digital growth. You will achieve this by:

  • Meeting and exceeding personal digital sales targets from finding new business and upselling existing key accounts.
  • Creating effective content marketing and lead generation proposals that meet advertisers' objectives and deliver solutions in line with client expectations.
  • Championing digital across the exhibition sales team, coaching and collaborating with colleagues to grow revenues.
  • Developing strong relationships with internal key stakeholders (editorial, product, and marketing) and external customers.
About the Job

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a unique blend of sales, marketing, and technical skills. As a Digital Sales Executive, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our editorial, event sales, and marketing teams to leverage existing resources and client relationships.

You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing pipelines, and prioritizing target accounts to maximize sales and ROI. This includes hands-on prospecting, calling, presenting, and closing deals, as well as developing sales strategies, streamlining sales processes, and optimizing sales tactics.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B media and/or digital sales, preferably with international organization clients.
  • A proven track record of delivering strong sales growth while consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sales strategy, process, and KPIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills, with a proven ability to solve real-life problems.
