About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Guest Relations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of guest services, ensuring that our guests' needs and expectations are met with the highest level of care and attention.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  1. Managing daily guest relations operations, ensuring top-tier service quality.
  2. Greeting guests upon arrival and assisting with check-in/check-out procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  3. Resolving guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction.
  4. Anticipating guest needs, offering personalized service to ensure a memorable experience.
  5. Collaborating with various hotel departments (housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance) to meet guest expectations.
  6. Supervising and providing guidance to the Guest Relations team, fostering a collaborative and motivated environment.
  7. Maintaining guest profiles and preferences to ensure personalized service and anticipate needs during their stay.
  8. Ensuring that all VIP and special requests are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.
  9. Providing regular feedback to the management team on guest experiences, trends, and areas for improvement.
