About Your Role

You will act as an internal consultant and subject matter expert in managing the people performance management practice across Qatar Airways Group. This involves formulating strategies, outlining roadmaps, managing processes, systems, and policies to support the Talent Management Vision.

We require your experience in developing and implementing short- and long-term PPM vision, strategies, and roadmaps based on best practices that suit the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and act on internal customer insights gathered through surveys, HRBP inputs, and business leaders' inputs.
  • Prepare presentations for the C-Suite to influence new product or feature releases benefiting the organization.
  • Measure and report on process, system, training, communication, and change management quality.
  • Work closely with HR stakeholders and leaders to deliver value through an integrated talent management approach.
  • Support stakeholders in developing PPM rewards and recognition strategies.
  • Maintain and update policies, SOPs, and guidelines as a Subject Matter Expert for performance and talent processes, according to business needs and best practices.
  • Manage communications to promote right employee behaviors across the organization and communicate PPM milestones to leaders, HRBP employees, and managers.
  • Deliver workshops and sessions on goal setting, performance/talent ratings, calibration, performance feedback, and coaching.
