As a Seasonal Night Operations Coordinator at Four Seasons, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our resort during the night shift. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the front office department, complete daily reports, and successfully conduct the night audit. You will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints, handling guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, and accommodating special requests whenever possible.
Job Responsibilities- Effectively and efficiently run the operation of Nights, including completing Daily Reports for all Front of House Departments and successfully conducting the night audit.
- Resolve customer complaints and handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
- Review late arrivals, next-day early arrivals, and departures to plan for the next day's activities and ensure proper handling of Special Attention Guests, Return Guests, and Groups.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position with a Luxury Hotel or resort.
- An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any task.
- Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language, with Arabic speaking skills being an advantage.
