Responsibilities

  • Leverage your passion for video marketing to launch, maintain, and report on campaigns that deliver top-tier results.

  • Develop targeting lists and strategic proposals for CSMs, driving growth and satisfaction among clients.

  • Maintain ongoing discussions with internal teams and clients, proactively addressing any issues that may arise.

  • Respond to client requests with urgency, utilizing your understanding of internal systems to provide exceptional support.

  • Generate thorough campaign reports that address overall metrics, wins, and insights, enabling data-driven decision-making.

  • Work closely with the Client Solutions Management team to grow a book of business by focusing on client retention, growth, renewal, and satisfaction.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the video marketing space, maintaining and updating your proficiencies to drive excellence.

  • Support the Client Solutions Management Team with daily tasks as needed, ensuring seamless operations.

  • Report directly to the CSM Lead, receiving guidance and feedback to enhance your performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 1 year of proven hands-on experience at a tech publisher or digital media agency, with ideal experience in YouTube and/or digital video.

  • Experience with Excel calculations, pivot tables, and graphs is a plus.

  • Some experience in media buying on a bidding model (e.g., DBM, DSP, PMD, Programmatic platforms) and/or management of campaigns in various dashboards is highly preferred.

  • A highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a thirst to learn about Client Solutions Management and the digital landscape.

  • Driven and determined to learn and adapt in a fast-paced digital world.

  • Some experience within Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

  • Google Ads or YouTube certified a plus
  • Hands-on experience at a tech publisher or digital media agency is a plus
  • Above all, possess the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, and ethics
