The Derivatives Sales Manager will be responsible for driving Derivative sales to our banking clients and overseeing business performance, profitability, new product development, launching new products to our bank's customers, customer acquisition management, and retention of customers in line with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. This role will work closely with the Department Head Treasury Sales to achieve the department's objectives, ensuring the achievement of set targets, business growth, and expansion of the Treasury Sales function.
