About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Accounts Manager to join our Global Sales team at Qatar Airways. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing profitable products to support the country vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement account plans to increase passenger bookings from respective markets to/via Qatar.
  • Manage accounts and products across the full sales cycle, including identification, acquisition, implementation, development, and retention.
  • Provide robust analysis and develop solutions to increase passenger bookings.
  • Act as a liaison between Qatar Airways Group and partners to ensure strategic objectives are translated into actionable plans.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to the scope of work, including review and filing of legal contracts, coordination of steering committees, and preparation of status reports.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets and personal revenue targets.
  • Initiate and drive negotiations with clients to understand their requirements and provide competitive options to derive maximum revenue.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (MBA or Master's degree preferred).
  • 6 years of experience managing global sales portfolios within the Airlines/Travel industry.
  • Strong understanding and demonstrated experience in account management at a global level.
  • Skills in data analysis and interpreting analysis for business decisions.
  • Strong project management ability.
  • Experience working with Amadeus or other ticketing & reservation systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
