Job Title: Reception Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Reception Team Leader to join our team at Premiere Hotel W.L.L. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing guest expectations, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train, guide, and coach fellow colleagues to deliver exceptional service.
  • Create a warm and welcoming experience, building a great rapport with repeat customers and ensuring adherence to brand standards and procedures.
  • Answer telephone calls promptly and clearly, providing polite and helpful assistance.
  • Effectively manage guest feedback and escalations.
  • Ensure accurate payment processing and shift handovers.
  • Manage and update reservations and requests through Opera.
  • Implement and train the team on front office procedures and practices.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, resolving issues quickly to maintain high-quality customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date on promotions, room prices, activities, and events in the surrounding area to provide accurate information to guests.
Requirements:
  • A passion for delivering great customer service.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Arabic language is a plus.
  • Flexibility, agility, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proactive and excellent organizational skills.
  • Customer-oriented approach.
  • Attention to detail.
Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience leading a reception team in a branded hotel.
  • Knowledge of Opera (PMS).
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
