Job Summary

As a key member of the Accor team, the Front Office Team Leader is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Reception area. This role requires a high level of customer service expertise, as well as the ability to manage and motivate a team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the daily functioning of the Reception, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of the Front Office team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
