Key Responsibilities- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to expand our business process outsourcing services in Qatar and other regions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Strategic Planning: Support the development of strategic plans for HR outsourcing and other services in Qatar and other regions.
- Business Development Experience: Proven track record in selling BPO services, ideally with experience in selling Human Resource Outsourcing services.
- Strong Network and Key Relations: Possess a robust network and established relationships.
- Deep Knowledge of Qatar Market: Understand local nuances and trends. An understanding of professional resourcing/manpower provision would be very advantageous.
- Passion for Growth: Drive expansion and success through strategic thinking and results-oriented mindset.
- Arabic Language Skills: Preferred for effective communication.
- GCC Region Knowledge: Familiarity with the GCC market is a strong advantage.
- Defence Industry Exposure: Experience in defense-related projects is a plus.
