OliOli, a leading children's museum, seeks a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead the Sales Team in Doha, Qatar.

The successful candidate will contribute to a positive team culture, drive sales performance, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for OliOli Doha, focusing on revenue growth and business expansion.
  • Liaise with the OliOli Global Team to align sales efforts and achieve mutual goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop new programs, offerings, and revenue-generating ideas.
  • Manage the Sales Team, providing guidance and support to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Track progress against agreed-upon KPIs and report regularly to the Venue Manager.
  • Ensure OliOli brand integrity across all sales initiatives and communications.

Sales Strategy and Performance

">
  • Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including collaborations with high-profile clients and Government agencies.
  • Manage the sales performance of OO Doha products, ensuring optimal results.
  • Work closely with the Venue Manager and Head of Marketing to develop new revenue-generating ideas and strategies.
  • Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with current and potential clients.

Requirements and Qualifications

">
  • Minimum 5 years of prior business development and sales experience in Qatar.
  • Certification in digital and/or social media marketing is highly desirable.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
