- Maintain a deep understanding of the property market and industry trends.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales and property, with a focus on relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the property market and industry trends.
- Prior experience working with a Real Estate Developer.
- Experience in selling off-plan residential units.
