Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders in the property industry.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the property market and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales and property, with a focus on relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the property market and industry trends.
  • Prior experience working with a Real Estate Developer.
  • Experience in selling off-plan residential units.
