Business Development Manager

Our ambitious plans for growing the physical security business are waiting for a skilled professional like you. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for increasing market share and visibility for the assigned product, training, guiding and supporting the sales team to achieve vendor's and company sales targets.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with 5-7 years of CCTV and physical security experience who can develop close relations with vendors and channels at every level. You must have excellent knowledge of vendor products, solutions, and channels for the physical security business.
The ideal candidate should be a graduate with time management, decision-making, and planning skills. Experience in physical security channel distribution, SIs, or vendors is an added advantage. You should also have clear and convincing negotiation and execution skills to grow together.

What Will You Do?
- Plan, strategize, and execute business development activities along with PMs assigned for the product.
- Research and study Ingram Micro's position/market share per region/channel segment and share inputs with PMs.
- Suggest Reseller Programs for different Channel Segments to ensure the right penetration and sales of different product segments to the right Reseller Segments for the assigned business.
- Generate sales pipeline and ensure closures through negotiations and value propositions.
