Business Development Specialist

Asterix Communications is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team in Doha. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and expanding key accounts, spearheading new business initiatives, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate and enhance profitable relationships with key strategic accounts to solidify our market presence and drive business growth.
- Develop and execute compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs of potential clients, ensuring alignment with our e-learning offerings.
- Aggressively target identified leads, connecting with decision-makers to initiate and progress the sales cycle.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis, as set by sales leadership.
- Foster and maintain ongoing communication with current clients to explore opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and sales activities within our CRM system.
- Promptly address customer concerns and resolve issues to uphold the company's reputation for excellence.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to devise and implement effective sales strategies and solutions for qualified prospects.
- Demonstrable experience in B2B sales, preferably within the e-learning or IT sector in Doha, Qatar.
- A proven track record in sales, business development, and account management.
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales opportunities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to forge lasting relationships.
- Proficiency in both strategic and tactical aspects of sales management.
- Capacity to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve business objectives.
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a B2B environment, particularly in e-learning or IT industries.
- In-depth knowledge of sales cycles and managing a sales pipeline.
- Proven negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic with superior written, editing, and verbal communication skills.
