About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cluster Marketing Manager to join our team at Precision Hire Solution. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development
    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure their success
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Brand Management
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's brand and marketing strategies
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels
    • Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing materials that align with the brand strategy
  • Performance Measurement
    • Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
    • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing strategies
    • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management and team leadership
  • Skills
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
