Job Description:

The Revenue Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance.

lxbfYeaa is a luxury hotel brand that offers an unparalleled level of service and amenities to our guests. Our hotel features 185 exquisite guestrooms and sumptuous suites, as well as 173 serviced apartments for longer-term stays and 300 residences available for purchase.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to our guests.
  • Analyze sales performance statistics and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key corporate accounts and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and improving sales performance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
