Job Title: Revenue Growth Specialist
Overview:
Adept Global is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer success department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and development across our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expansion across existing clients.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling existing clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on revenue growth and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking/financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of revenue growth strategies and their applications in the banking/financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and development through strategic planning and execution.
