Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Procurement and Logistics Manager to join our team at Weill Cornell Medicine - Qatar.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement and logistics processes, including purchasing clearance, distribution, allocation, and delivery of internationally procured/delivered items.

Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end administration of contracts and purchase orders, working with end users to prepare required specifications, and facilitating relationships between end users and suppliers.

You will also be responsible for maintaining and developing positive business partnerships with suppliers, managing the logistics for the shipment and clearance of internationally procured items, and tracking customers against targets, benchmarks, and service agreements.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain and 7-8 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in procuring general and research lab supplies.

Professional qualifications like CPP and CISP are preferred, as well as prior working experience in a research, medical, or educational environment.
