Job Requirements:

The Senior Logistics Officer is a demanding role that requires a high level of expertise in logistics and procurement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and procurement, with experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects.

This position requires a strategic thinker who can analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, while also maintaining precise logistics records and ensuring compliance with company policies and ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve transportation efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with suppliers to secure the Company's interests.
  • Manage the logistics function, including monitoring agreements, overseeing invoices and payments, and maintaining precise logistics records.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to secure smooth logistics operations.
  • Prepare and manage import/export documentation for timely and cost-efficient delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in logistics & procurement, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Candidates with logistics background preferably in a freight shipping service preferred.
