Customer Experience Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Experience Expert to lead our front office team at Tanqeeb. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest experience meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, providing exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the hotel product, including room types, rates, amenities, and services offered.
  • Work closely with hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service and hospitality.

Requirements:

A strong focus on customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Prior experience in hotel front office operations is preferred, but not required.

Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Arabic is an asset.
