As a key member of the Human Capital Group Qatar team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients through proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts.

About This Role

This role involves reporting to work on time and taking initiative to source clients by making phone calls to reach target customers. You will also cross-sell Retail Bank products and services to increase market share and associated revenue/profit goals.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Source new clients through targeted outreach efforts
  2. Cross-sell Retail Bank products and services to existing clients
  3. Act as the primary point of contact for new clients, answering their queries and providing information about various products and services offered by the Retail Bank

Key Skills and Qualifications

  1. Proven ability to generate leads and manage prospects effectively
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with potential clients
  3. Persuasive and goal-oriented mindset
  4. Energetic and friendly demeanor, with excellent interpersonal skills
  5. Able to communicate confidently with C-Level Executives
  6. Strong analytical and time-management skills
  7. Demonstrated sales results and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  8. Qatar Driving License is a requirement
