We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Professional to join our client, a leading name in bakery ingredients and products operating across 10 countries.

This role is based in Doha, Qatar and requires prior experience in HoReCa sales of bakery ingredients industry in Qatar. As a Sales and Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth for bakery products in the Oman market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to achieve company sales targets in the Qatar market.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the HoReCa industry.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  5. Monitor market trends and provide feedback on product development and pricing strategies.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in any field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and business development in the bakery ingredients industry in Qatar.
  3. Experience in HoReCa sales is preferred.
  4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  5. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  6. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  7. Knowledge of the Qatar market and its key players in the bakery ingredients industry.
  8. Willingness to travel within Qatar for client visits and business meetings.
  9. Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  10. Valid driver's license.
