Job Summary

The Sales Growth Strategist role is critical to driving revenue growth at lxbfYeaa. As a key member of our business sales team, you will develop and execute sales strategies to expand our client base, increase sales, and drive business growth.

Key Objectives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, maintaining a high level of activity in the pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and regular communication with clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
