About the Role:
- Act as a point of contact for guests, responding to their queries and requests promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain awareness of guest profiles through the Opera guest profile system, ensuring tailored service delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues and concerns.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent guest relations, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent communication in English, Arabic is a plus.
