We are looking for a highly skilled Business Growth Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying opportunities, tracking new markets, generating sales leads, expanding the customer base, and building sustainable client relationships.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing strategy. They will collaborate with management on set targets, business objectives, and development goals; create and execute marketing and sales strategies to reach potential customers; lead negotiations for contracts and agreements; and build strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Key qualifications include a minimum of 7 years' experience in marketing, sales, or related field; BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline; bilingualism (Arabic & English); and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  2. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and changes in industry trends.
