About the Job
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Document Controller/Coordinator to join our team in Facility Management.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations, as well as excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage job booking and billing activities for internal and external customers.
  • Generate purchase authorizations and purchase orders.
  • Create and manage vendor and customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with local and international vendors and logistics teams.
  • Process customer invoicing and payment collection.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination and sales operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of document control procedures is a plus.
