Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensing and Government Transactions Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing annual plans for the Licensing and Government Transactions Unit, strengthening relationships with RACA and other government bodies, and supervising the execution of policies and procedures related to project and money transfer licensing transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
To develop and manage the execution of annual plans for the Licensing and Government Transactions Unit, including strengthening and maintaining relations with RACA and other government bodies.
To participate in drafting and executing strategic and annual plans of HR and Administrative Affairs Department and provide solutions/suggestions to improve performance.
To develop a budget for the Licensing and Government Transactions Unit as per applicable procedures and policies.
To supervise the execution of policies and procedures related to project and money transfer licensing transactions and everything related to regulation of administrative work with RACA.
To supervise the execution of policies and procedures related to QRCS transactions and employees at government bodies relevant to Unit's work.
To supervise and evaluate all activities related to Licensing and Government Transactions Unit and performance development.
To coordinate with administrative units related to Unit's work and offer necessary support to carry out different licenses and government transactions.
To follow up on reporting with concerned departments/divisions and submission to RACA.
To keep updated about changes in procedures and legislation related to licensing, money transfers, and government transactions, such as Kafala transfer, contract, and visa issuance, etc.
To respond to enquiries and requests received from RACA in relation to Unit's work in coordination with relevant departments of QRCS.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in public relations or equivalent.
- Professional certification or training courses in the field and effective communication skills.
